Overall the service was very disappointing. The bar area is tiny The restaurant is not much bigger and the organisation was poor no one sitting you down for Breakfast meant guests having to sit in the bar area to eat. Also expensive I wouldnt stay again

Since we arrived, the service was excellent and we need 3 rooms, but just 2 booked, so they find us another one in just a few minutes. We were in the last floors, and the view is amazing, from there you could see the entire city and the Rhein river.

hotel ist in the middle of the mediapark . 5 - 10 minutes walk to the city center . Room furniture is ok .little bit old fashioned . Rooms are very clean but the bed comfort could be better . Wifi was free but the signal very slow . good hotel for a business trip
