Best Location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms

Convenient location and wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff were pleasant and kind. We felt well cared-for.

Clean and nice rooms, good variaty and tasty breakfast. The only minor complain I have is that the TV did not work.

Nice hotel with a great central location within walking distance of the railway station. freindly and helpful staff. Free extended check-out. Good breakfast buffet. Room was small but perfectly adequate for one person. (TV reception was poor). When i stayed the night-time temperature was minus 17 C and the heating was adequate.

This hotel is right in the centre in the same square as the Town Hall, which is spectacular, you are able to pull up outside to unload your luggage. Great location in Bonn. Really terrific service and clean, spacious rooms.... and bathrooms with bathtubs (a comfort I value when traveling). Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Only downside is the rooms (mine and a colleague) were a bit cold and no means to warm them more. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel for Bonn.

The rooms are large, lots of light, modern furniture, very good central location. The breakfast is mediocre, some good stuff, some bad and some not worth mentioning.
