The hotel's location is very convenient - it's a less than 5 minute walk to the pedestrian area. Hotel staff are very friendly, the room was small, but with a comfortable bed and everything you need (minibar/fridge, TV, table/chair,...). The room could do with some renovation - carpet and tiles in the bathroom were a bit old and looked used/damaged...

I always wanted to make a review about this hotel in Aachen. Went there in 07, for a couple of days, and at this time the price was very cheap for such a modern fancy and confortable room. Perfect service and lovely staff made me remember the hotel. Nice +AAA !
Clean aircon room, nice hotel will small bar and adjoining Japanese resturant. Mini bar and all normal extras. Small parking garage under hotel, book in advance if needed. Short walk into town. Good place to stop for a night while crossing europe.
