Even if internet was 9 euro for 24 h, the internet speed was very bad. The bed was not confortable and the room was cold. Same in the basthroom and heating was not working properly. Normaly you do not expect this in a 4 stars hotel. It is around 2 or 3 stars.

The hotel is very ncie. Old and very nice building nicely refurbished. Rooms are good. Food is not bad. Staff is terrible. I went there three times and always was disappointed with the staff at front desk. Price is high.

Excellent service, spacious room and very good value for money. Novotel hotels are in general very good. We have stayed in a lot of the all over Europe, and Novotel Hildesheim is one of the absolute best of them.
