I paid 145 EUR a tiny double-room about 10 square meter instead of 50 EUR because of fair season, room looked crapy, not isolated at all, wall are very thin, you can hear your neighbors, I coudn't sleep because of the street noises, bed was uncomfortable, you can not pay with a credit card.
