Firstly, let me make it clear that I had to pay 275 euros per night for my week long stay because of a fair being held in Frankfurt. This has coloured my opinion. Usually, it is 95 euros which is probably about right. I do think this hotel has something of an identity problem though. Viewing the well appointed atrium,... More

The hotel has an overall cheap and stale feel to it. The floors are all stone and generally it is not welcoming. The reservations team needed three follow-up calls until the reservation was processed and emailed correctly - not a great start. Additionally, the rooms are not nicely furbished or welcoming. Breakfast is small and the choice could be expanded.... More

I'm here for my 2nd time for Paperworld. The hotel is close to the tram (5 minute walk) but not close for walking to stores/restaurants. It is conveniently located next to city center, train station, messe via a short taxi ride. Staff is very friendly, rooms large and breakfast really good. Wifi is fee but a bit of a hassle;... More

Plus: location, price if you book through internet(approx. 150 euros x night) wonderful breakfast, nice staff if you speak German like me. Near to the fair grounds. Minus: see through shower in the room- no privacy if you are not lovers. The area is pretty lonely if you return by underground by night but I did and it seemed safe!... More

Overall the hotel was good. On arrival the check in was friendly. The rooms are comfortable, modern (with glass shower) and were clean. I was on business so arrived early evening. I needed to get back out to meet people for dinner quite quickly. Having asked for an iron and ironing board on arrival I had to phone on two... More

The hotel is located in a rather remote part of the town. the building is modern but the room I have been to was not so clean with some hole in the curtain due to some careless smokers probably. the service was average and the worst part in my opinion was the breakfast ,you will see richer choice of breakfast... Not in the best part of town for sure as evidenced by the guy peeing in the street a block away. The hotel is really not bad, typical European small rooms, but pretty nice execpt for the 60's tv, and the internet which doesn't work.

Stayed in this hotel in a business-y district of Frankfurt. The room was large, but it does have the see-through shower - make sure you're not shy from your room-mate. My room was cold, the aircon was not working, it always annoys me when the hotel is for business, but you stilll have to crawl around on the floor and... More

The hotel itself is modern, clean and centrally located. However, when my friend and I entered our twin room although being initally impressed we then noticed that the bathroom had a glass wall! Therefore you could see the other person showering despite being in the bedroom! Ok, we're friends but not that close thank you very much! Therefore throughout the... More

I visited this hotel first for 3 days and I was so happy with everything that the hotel offered. It was an automatic choice for my second visit, which was longer. The rooms were good and the bathroom defintely drew some attention. The food was good and I enjoyed the breakfast as well as the Penne Pasta with Cherry tomatoes... More
