The hotel is clean and have sound proof rooms which makes is comfortable. The staff are alright. The beat part is the location of the hotel which makes it easy to go shopping or take a stroll in the city.

Hotel is very close to the city center, near Zeil strasse, very clean and nice rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the bbreakfast room. We had a nice stay!

This hotel is only a 20 minutes drive from the Frankfurt airport. It has very good location with a 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street Zeil. There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. We were a large group of people who stayed for 3 nights. About 15-20 min with cab from the airport. It was clean, spacious enough rooms and ok breakfast. The hotel was a 4 minutes walk from the main shopping street Zeil. Some of the staff were not so service minded, but it did not reduce the overall excperience significantly.... More

We stayed here for 4 nights during Light+Building 2012 fair event. The hotel is well located, just couple of minutes walk from Zeil (shopping street), good access to restaurants, public transportation and taxis. This hotel is a good base for a holiday in Frankfurt. It is right beside the Zeil pedestrianised shopping street,so great if you want to go shopping. Stayed 2 nights at NH Frankfurt City hotel. Typical NH Hotel, correct and functional, but nothing else. Well located, just close to Frankfurt Ziel (pedestrian and commercial area), but with nothing special to remark. Correct breakfast, correct bathroom, not a very comfortable bed, etc.. Better to look for something different.
