Was appalled that on arrival I could hardly breathe in reception due to an overpowering smell of cigarettes! Sadly, this smell is also in the rooms and they have ZERO non-smoking rooms. There is no comfortable furniture in the room - the sofas being ideally suited to small children at best. Bathroom depressing - bed rock hard - and stuck...
