Passed through FRA again and stayed at the am Dom. I ride the S8 or S9 train from the airport and walk less than 2 blocks to the hotel. I stay at the Hotel am Dom frequently. It is an excellent hotel, very clean and the staff are wonderful. It has an excellent location with easy access to the metro. Great morning breakfast. A real value for the money.

We are an Aussie retired husband and wife couple. Stayed here in December before boarding a Christmas markets cruise. Was very convenient to the Christmas markets in Frankfurt. Convenient downtown location- but the hotel is older, a bit musty and the rooms are tiny. Free WiFi was a nice- similar hotels in the area charge a fee. Hotel was undergoing maintenance/construction in September 2011, and there was an unpleasant smell as a result.

thanks to trip advisor, i had the chance to stay in this cute hotel. it is on a perfect location, close to the zeil, römer and etc. the subway is so close that you can reach to anywhere (esp. messe) very easily. it is literally at the heart of Frankfurt so you can not get bored even on a sunday....
