The beds must be ancient as they're and extremely soft. Most uncomfortable beds ever. Had to place the mattress on the floor to get some sort of support. Staff are very friendly and close to the train station. Easy to access downtown.

Quite smart hotel with good frontage.Good looking restaurant which you had to walk through to get to reception which is a bit odd.Bar didn't appear to be open at all and we stayed for 5 nights. I would rather nails poked in my eyeballs than stay at this place. Everything about this hotel makes me think of suicide. Air conditioning? Windows. No problem until the trucks come by! If you must, insist on being all the way away from the elevators. Oh my god, what a racket. Four star is clearly someone's sick sense of humour.

First thing first: this hotel is very far from Frankfurt centre. You'll need to calculate at least 15 minutes to get to the Römer/Zeil/Hauptwache area. Working on line here was the worst. It doesnt work and then there is the rude few girls at the desk that says it works and thats it. There was sone nice people at the hotel, mostly the guys. I had my dogs there with us and the room was too small for the 4 of us to be honest.... More
