Friendly and efficient staff and a fantastic room view, very good location as it is 5 minutes walk from restaurants, shopping area and beer gardens. The Hotel restaurant is a great option. Expensive parking.

Proper Intercontinental, solid 4 stars for the rooms, nice breakfast, especially the honey comb. Big minus for old gym with little choice for workout and squeaky equipment. I expected a nicer possibility for sporty people. Nice riverfront view. Sure option for business travellers.

The hotel is nothing special but the staff are great especially the bellhop who's been there for each of our visits. The rooms definitely need the promised refurbishing. We were upgraded but the room was small with a river view.

It's pretty much everything you expect it to be.  Large, comfortable, clean, well functioning. Had a large room high up with view over the city and its skyline. I spent a night here and did not enjoy it one bit. The lobby is too dark and inefficiently set out--you need to walk around too much to get to useful features such as chairs and a lot of space is wasted.
