Good morning, I was a little bit disapointed by the service at the reception desk regarding the language ( only in German), the lack of advice for parking my car, the non functionning TV in the room and the ansence of WIFI within the room Merci

Arrived in at Frankfurt via train and walked from the train station to the hotel approx 5-8 mins walk. It was easy to find with directions. Old worn out furniture, small uncomfortable bed, and tiny rooms. Bathroom garbage can was not clean during our entire stay (5 night)!! Free wireless, but with very slow speed and poor connection. Nice and central in town - large room - comfortable bed though two singles a la German style raher than a double - very quiet - ample breakfast in nice settings - everything works and everyone is helpful and friendly. Only issue is that normally it's outside my price limit but when there are offers I lap them up.

The breakfast is included and the selection of food are so good! Rooms are big and clean. Wifi is not free at room. Hotel is close to down town. Walking distant to the Rail station. A nice hotel to stay.
