“Lovely”

It's the best place to relax after a hard working day. Everything was great! Rooms are very clean and the view is great during the night. Max restaurant can satisfy even the most dificult wishes. A perfect stay and for sure I'll do it also next time in Frankfurth.

Wait 30 m for the eggs at breakfast is just the start of a hotel that disapoints for poor quality of service ....rarely staff smiles and sure are not helpfull.When asked where to have lunch nearby in a sunday ,the concierge said" will be difficult as evthg is closed on Sunday",surprise in same street of hotel several restaurants were open.... Staff, Services, Room, Location of Hotel...A Day walk to the Zeil Shopping Arcade at the footsteps of the hotel..Evening walk to Rhine River..A Metro Station right under the hotel..a never ending good things of the hotel. The hotel has great service throughout. It seems to be where the wealthy stay in Frankfurt. Rooms are well appointed, with a great expresso machine, good Bose Ipad dock, comfortable bed, nice looking bathroom (though the shower leaded a river). There is no openable window.
