I gave it high marks because it is a nice hotel room and got the room for super cheap. $37 canadian. Also I'm not sure where the flea came from...could've hopped a ride on my luggage or clothes possibly?

Hotel is just old, musty and in desperate need of a refurb. Old TV's - remote stopped working (wasn't replaced). Corridors very very dark. Rooms small and musty.
