Very close location from airport, nice reception staff, great choice form breakfast and comfortable room. We were surprised about how quiet was the room.Extra bed for child was very comfortable. We had our travel shampoo and soup with us, so there were no problem with that. It was easy to find transfer buss, but it is very very punctual.

Arriving at train station at the airport there was no shuttle . Check in amounted to added costs - ridiculous charges for Internet and a fee for shuttle back to the airport terminal. Food was limited with high costs- rooms smelled dirty and dusty - a horrible night - stay at Sheraton hotel - better for sure

Located less than 5 min in hotel-shuttle from the terminal this is a very good choice of hotel at Frankfurt airport. Brand new, spotless clean, quiet and fast and effective staff. Generally unpleasant experience. Staff is rude, unhelpful and uninterested. Minivan picks you up at the airport (it is not located at the airport but about 5-7 min ride from the main terminals) but it isn't marked anywhere, airport information will direct you to door 7 to wait for the bus, guaranteed you will walk back to the information to check...
