Dear guest,
Thanks a lot for taking the time to comment on your stay. I very much regret that you were not satisfied with your room due to the noise coming from the trains.
We are aware that this noise clearly can be a disturbance. For this reason we have installed double-glazed windows in all rooms. That measure may not...

This hotel is situated near to the Darmastad train station. The room are large an comfortable but the rate is expensive. Comfortable is the bath room as comfortable is the bed. Due to the vicinity to the train station, if you have light sleep ask for a room in the higher floors, where the train noise decreases.
Despite the high...

Stayed for three nights during a conference in 2012. Rooms spacious, but rather old. Lunch buffet good. Internet in rooms expensive: 8 € for 60 minutes. Personal opinion: altogether unimpressive hotel.
Dear guest,
Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay. I am sorry you were not satisfied with the overall appearance and the furnishings of our rooms. As a 20 year old hotel we cannot easily stand the comparison to a new hotel building. Nevertheless our guests value the quality and friendliness of our staff members...

Hotel could do with some updating. Lobby and restaurant look nice-rooms not so much. Beds are not particularly comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are pretty basic. The beds are generally two single beds pushed together. I've stayed here a number of occasions and in a number of locations in the vicinity. It is probably the best hotel that I have...

I had two stays here very recently - because it was walking distance to where I needed to be - not because I thought it was that great. It is very close to the railway station which means you have to avoid the rooms facing the railway lines - even the higher floors are super noisy despite the double glazing....

Rather old but neat, looks like it was built in the eighties. Pretty close to the railway station. My room faced the railway, so even on the 5th floor it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good, and so was the restaurant in the evening.

This is one classy place. Feather comforters and pillows. Sauna and pool. Location near train station, right on the Airliner bus route from Frankfurt Airport. Windows that open, if you want them to. Currency exchange at nice rates.
And the FOOD. This is the most glorious breakfast buffet I've ever seen. There had to be 30 kinds of meat, that...

I booked this hotel based on company travel website and colleague recommendation (they have a pool and I love swimming in the morning)
I tried changing the departure date on arrival, staff at the front desk wasn't helpful, next day in the morning went to the pool, elevator broken, used stairs, pool door closed. Called reception, they were adamant that...

Like most of the reviewers, I was visiting T-Systems, so this is a very convenient hotel. A few minutes walk from the train station, the same to the T-Systems offices and the bus back to the airport if you don't fancy taking the train.
Check-in etc was fine and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check out was...

The hotel is about 20 years old and supposedly has been renovated 10 years ago. The rooms seem older. There are old TVs in the rooms and cracks in the bathroom sinks in about every room.
Also, as said in the other reviews, do not book a room on the side of the railway tracks ("standard room"). You won't be...
