Stays there for several business trips to northern Hamburg. Rooms small but ok, bathroom up to standard in terms of cleanliness. No accessories - and not over equipped with towels. Average breakfast. Hotel in a quiet sidestreet and very near to public transport (subway). Several restaurants nearby of good quality.

I had to change my reservation several times before arriving and also request a copy of my invoice several months after leaving, and I have received excellent and friendly service every time. The hotel is also nice, clean and has friendly staff. For my purpose it also had a very good location. I will definitely visit again!

Stayed in room 435 from the 20th to the 23rd. The location of the hotel may be a problem if you want to be right in the centre. However for us it was an ideal choice.
The 172 bus from Zone C at the airport drops you off 50 metres from the hotel. (2.50 euros each). The hotel is also...
