It's all about people. So not the fantastic sportsclub, not the great pools nor the fabulous Spa made our rating 'excellent'. It was all this plus the very friendly and helpfull staff. First class hotel. Fab exercise facilities, excellent restaurant with lots of healthy options, great rooms inc tea & coffee making facilities. Located in upmarket area. Will return! Tremendous value, my favourite hotel in Hamburg!

Very good sports and spa hotel. Rooms ok and very good service. The gym is Exellent even for a proffesionel. The spa is clean, contemporary and lived fully up to our expectations. Location is in a nice uptown area and close to center of the city.
