Just come back from Hamburg, stayed in a twin room with my room. Room was spacious and clean. We had a VIP package which included a bath robe and slippers. Very friendly staff at reception, conveniently arranged for an early check-in and a quiet room which was by the way large, comfortable and clean. Lift system is rather awkward, as you have to use your room key every time you go in and wifi should also be free now.

close proximity to airport,walkable distance, good surroundings and connections to other parts of city. Rooms are very neat and well maintained Breakfast was of good quality too. Only problem was no internet inside room, need to be at lobby to get wifi connection.

Nice and welcoming staff at the reception! I was permitted to check in early, which I really appreciated. Very nice breakfast buffet!!! I find the restaurant to be really nice with an excellent menu at reasonable prices.
