High ratio quality/price. Rooms are not really large and the bathroom was complete, the shower a little too little !!! Breakfast was OK and the people really friendly. We've just spent a very nice weekend in Berlin staying at Haus Konstanz. The place is definitely worth recommending. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel has been refurbished and it started operating two months ago.

Stayed 1 night. Not far from center. Room is enormous, just like the bathroom. I wish my bathroom at home is that big! Breakfast is simple, but okay. Staff could be more friendly.

Stayed for 3 nights in April 2007. Excellent rate of €35 per night good breakfast, clean, quiet rooms with en suite. U and S bahn stations are only 5 minutes walk and from there about 15 minutes journey to the central tourist areas.
