Park Plaza Wallstreet hotel is literally full of dollars - all the carpets, sheets, wallpapers etc had banknote pattern on them. The restaurant downstairs is quite expensive, but the hotel is located next to the subway line and walking distance (around 15 minutes) to Alexanderplatz.

We stayed here in May 2013 in advance of a student trip we are planning (in order to check out the venue). Good location, close to U-Bahn, and also Walking distance to Alexanderplatz, as well as other central locations. Large rooms, and very quiet. On the downside was dirty carpet in the room, and really expensive (EUR17) breakfast.

This hotel has quirky decor and the rooms are a decent size. The restaurant is a bit pricey so we ate out most of the time but its really well located for the U-Bahn so that wasn't much if an inconvenience. Staff were very helpful. Stayed here in December for the Christmas Markets, excellent hotel, really clean staff extremely helpful, central location but not noisy as up off a side street. Situated right next to the U-Bahn. 1. Park Plaza Hotel is situated in Wallstrasse in the heart of the Eastern Historic Centre of Berlin. 2. The hotel is near the U-Bahn (Subway/Underground). 3. Rooms are comfortable and offer tea/coffee making facilities. 4. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming.. 5. The restaurant is modern and the food excellent with menus in German and English.
