Hotel is in a great location with both trams and trains at the door step. Only about 15 minutes walk from the Brandenberg Gate. River cruises departure at the door step. Plenty of places for meals and shopping. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast was busy but plenty of fod to go around with fast and friendly service.

Stayed here in March '13 - and still beaming! We upgraded to the Level rooms on floor 7 which gave us access to the Level lounge which was a fantastic addition to our trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, the complementaries were great. If you're considering a stay in Berlin - STAY HERE!
