The trams below the hotel are shocking the room and the noise will make you crazy The front desk manger is rude and is not trying to help !!! All my requests to move to another room were rejected – the room that they offered me one day later after talking with the manger was not ready / clean and... More

Stayed here for two nights to experience Berlin and had a wonderful time. The hotel could not be in a better location! It's right by the train and subway stations, so if you're flying into Schoenfeld airport, you get on the train for a couple of euros and you're at the Melia! Many of the attractions and the very cool... More

The only hotel to stay in at Berlin. This is our second time here and again our stay was just great. We stayed three days. This hotel is very central to the major tourist attractions and public transport, you can walk to them all. Our room faced Friedrichstrasse, but we did not hear any noise. The room was big and... I stayed here for a meeting for two days in late-April and was very pleased with our stay and the value for money associated with the room nights. Our rate included breakfast, which I found to be quite generous and varied in the number of items on offer. Food was fresh & tasty, and the coffee was also quite good.... More

This hotel was just a big dissappointment. I told them in advance that we want to check in earlier and no room was avaible. The receptioniste even did not take us serious and answered that they are so well booked they have no early check in, beside smoking rooms. Later we came back and got the most terrible room ever.... We had a room looking over the Spree, and even being right on Friedrichstrasse you could not hear any noise. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient, the restaurant was a total surprise - excellent. You would not guess that you would get such gourmet food at the hotel. We were a big family group,... More

First, the location is ideal, right next to the Spree River, with all of Mitte and Berlin's favorite attractions at your feet (including the Museuminsel, the Berliner Ensemble, Friedrichstrasse and Unter den Linden, plus several subway stops). Second, the hotel itself is perfect, with truly lovely rooms, immaculate facilities, and an excellent deep European bathtub that serves to soak off... More

My second stay at the Melia Berlin and I was able to get a room on "The Level". The quality of the hotel and restaurant is great. I especially like the Melias "Pillow Menu" idea, where you can select a combination of different pillow types from an informative menu which will be delivered to your room. The quality of rooms... We were fortunate enough to spend four nights on The Level at Hotel Melia Berlin recently. Our rooms were lovely, clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful on The Level but it was even more extensive on the first floor. The Level includes breakfast, wifi, newspaper, coffee maker in room, personal concierge in the Lounge plus cocktails and hors... More
