The hotel is nice, staff is friendly. The plunge pool didn't work so we were very disappointed and actually this was my main reason for choosing and they didn't really care beside being polite... Room is great, most things were clean. Great location in kudam... near shopping area and restaurants. I expected a bit more from 5 stars hotel.

The front desk staff and bellhops are warm and welcoming. Because it was in the morning our room was not ready, but they said it would be within one hour. Stayed 5 nights with my family (deluxe connecting rooms). The building itself is beautiful, and centrally located. The rooms very spacious, modern, convenient and above all extremely clean. This is one of the best hotels i have ever been to. very helpful staff, well maintained, very good rooms, great location, good breakfast and nice afternoon snacks (if you take the Club rooms which I recommend!)

This hotel is really exceptional! Beautiful spacy rooms. All the extras that a hotel can offer! The breakfast and all areas are absolutely amazing! The staff in the entrance are dressed a little funny but they are very very friendly. It is an expensive hotel but it's worth every penny!
