You don't come to Berlin to stay in a hotel room. The room was excellent for a weekend stay. Nice, clean and spacious. However, if I had stayed there due to a business trip or similar, I would have appreciated facilities as international TV channels and free WiFi. The location is perfect, almost neighbour with KaDeWe.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street near Wittenberplatz. The hotel staff is friendly, Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice on offer. I would recomend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in this area of Berlin.

Service desk- one staff member in particular- needs to get act together. Lack of Attention to detail caused undue problems, particularly concerning payment protocol.
