What a great hotel Joerg and his team looked after us so well. The service, location, food and room were all fantastic and we'll definitely be back if we stay in Berlin. All the staff were excellent and the standard of housekeeping was first class, our room was spotless. If you go to Berlin you've got to stay here.

Well, the overall judgment is “medium”. The hotel is undoubtedly located at walking distance from the city centre. The price is not so high. The level of cleanliness of the rooms is not standard (I mean, it is below) for a 4-stars hotel. As far as ethics and socio-cultural aspects are concerned, part of the staff appears somewhat corrupted.

Well located hotel (close to transport and therefore close to everything in Berlin) that was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great buffet breakfast. A very nice place to stay in Berlin. After seven days, it was difficult to leave.... An easy walk to Potsdamer Platz, the old wall and Checkpoint Charlie etc.

Excellent staff, excellent breakfast. We stayed there 4 nights around the New year celebration. Really nothing to complain about. English newspaper available and for smokers a smoking corner (no need to go outside). Well located. Walking distance from all major intereting spots.
