And staff was just too busy to hide the so called " accident". Not only me there were two more guests stolen their lab top and wallet. How is that possible in the place like this hostel where is only could access by access card. Hum...questionable.

Intermittent, slow wifi in the lobby, 1000 rooms so people everywhere all of the time, kitchen is tiny for several thousand people, 2 hobs. We stayed in this hostel for 3 nights and it's definitely a "get what you pair for" hostel. Everything about it is pretty cheap! The worst thing is the kitchen! Our 5th, or 6th, visit...situated right next to our daughter's flat, hence the number of visits! Clean, helpful, friendly and very reasonably-priced. This is an excellent base for the Friedrichshain and Alexanderplatz area of the city. Most 'tourist' features are easily within reach.
