Was on a short leisure trip to Berlin. This hotel was great. stayed in a single room 3rd floor, very modern, lovely bathroom with bath. Free safety deposit box in room,Two free internet computers in reception. Everything was great.

The room was very nice and clean. the breakfast was also nice. I tried the lunch for two days, it was also very nice open buffet. it is located in the center close to a nice shopping area.

I really wonder how this hotel gets such a high rating. Starting with the most important thing for me in a hotel is the bed. This one was a real "hanger" so if you have no problem with your back before the stay you bet you have one right after. Not to talk about wakinng up and do things afterwards.... More

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend in January. We rented a suite and had a lot of space for the two of us.Nice and clean and a wonderful view over the roofs of Berlin. Berlin in very reasonable to eat and good tranportation all over the city. Helpful staff to all our questions. Thanks!

I had a great stay at the Sylter Hof last year in september. We stayed in a very large room with a great view of the city. Very helpful staff. Had a wonderful stay.

Well located, nice food, friendly and clean. Close to the main shopping area, zoo and tube network. Staff were friendly and helpful and had a lovely stay. We used it for a short break in December and would happily do the same again.
