Although the reservation has been made with errors at the reception all been solved with efficiency and sympathy. The dining room has a beautiful view and breakfast was complete and varied with good quality. The hotel is very well located.

My room was robbed while I stayed there. I made a report to the police and the manager with no luck. My door was always locked. The only people with access to my room was cleaning personel and staff. We've stayed here before on a number of occasions and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the Kudamm. Clean,comfortable,and excellent value. You won't get a minibar or evening meal,but you will get an excellent place to stay while enjoying Berlin.
