This is a very comfortable hotel. We had some trouble with the internet on our first night, but by the second day, it was all working very well. The staff are immediately welcoming. They go out of their way to explain your surroundings and to help out with directions. The rooms are clean, a big important point for me, and the breakfast good too. We visited this hotel as we had a fair. I Recommend this hotel to anyone as its location is very convenient.

Where do I start? This is a great hotel. The bed is comfortable, the decor pleasant, breakfast is just delicious and there's wifi everywhere (though sometimes it disconnects unexpectedly). We would certainly recommend it to friends and family traveling to Berlin. The only drawback is that the pool and gym are being renovated and therefore we could not use them.

Stayed at the Steigenberger for two nights for business. I am regular guest at the Steigenberger in Düsseldorf, and the one in Berlin is no match. While the rooms are new and well designed, it is a big hotel which reminded me of communist style buildings. Very good breakfast buffet, but also very busy.

Perfekt stay, only problem, but a huge problem, was The missing internet (on 3 floor). You must fix this if you want us to visit you again. Your welcome procedure was outstanding, a very hige levvel, my side loved it.
