We spent 3 nights at this hotel during a city trip to Berlin and were mostly satisfied. Although I made reservation with business package, wireless internet did not work at room. Front said "just sorry, but there are no problem" They did not let me know about breakfirst time, so I have to skip due to my early schedule. Only good thing is sleeping quaility.

The hotel is fare enough good size, good breakfast and also is not expensive. My only complaint is with housekeeping they do not clean as a hotel needs to. I am very delicate with the bathroom and they do not do a great job at wc and the bathtub. Supervising is needed.

Good value for the money. I suggest to be a member of the Arccorhotel Club to get free internet. Parking is available front of the hotel. It is not city center, but if you need hotel for business trip in these area, it is good choice.
