Very good location, charming rooms and nice price for all this! I must say, the hotel made it to my top 3, though I've been to several continents / tens of hotels.

Everything about our stay was perfect from the excellent service and gorgeous room to the great location right opposite the Underground. would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel at short notice for a recent business trip. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made my stay enjoyable. However the service in the restaurant was a little slow and I found the menu was lacking in options. The room was excellent - decent size and good amenities. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression.

Rooms are modern, spacious and well appointed. Food is okay - portions very small. Glaciers move faster than the food service and the kitchen unresponsive to feedback. Meeting rooms were excellent.
