“nice studio but located in an urban desert”

stayed there for a couple of nights this winter. the apartment, quite small studio, was clean and well equipped in an aging block of flats. had a good shower, and heating and hot water both worked. the promised internet connection did not work despite the helpful management's attempts but we received a cash refund. this seemed fair if somewhat unprofessional....
