The room was small (on par with the average European double room) but decidedly clean. That's about the only complaint. The staff was friendly and helpful. During our last visit to wurzburg, we stayed at this hotel which has very good view of castle and clean river. We walk down to castle and other important places like museum with world war II DAMAGED WURZBURG. In all it is agood value for money.

We have stayed here before and always try to ask for a room over looking the castle, bridge and river. Other than that it is your basic German hotel with clean rooms, okay breakfast buffet, harried restaurant and front desk workers!

Great location over looking the river and the fortress. 5 minutes walk from the city touristic centre and the famous old bridge. Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms are comfertable and clean. Staff was friendly. Spoke english. Great breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable. Great view over the river and the fortress.

My room had a view of fortress, the hotel is near the center, near the old bridge and good restaurants. Don´t have parking and the room is small.
