The hotel is exactly like Rothenburg, lovely! The room was a spacious and very comfortable. We had a double room and it was perfect. The reception staff was also really helpful. I was traveling with my partner and definitely we would go back.

The hotel has a good location and also is an excellent hotel. I just had the feeling that the lady at the reception could have been more professional. Her atittude towards guest and employees was not positive.

Just enjoyed three nights pre Christmas in Rothenburg. Lots of history and a walk around the town wall is a must! The Eisenhut is a real treasure with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and the Christmas Market is on the doorstep. All the hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

Great food - loved breakfast. Decent rooms and bathrooms. Awesome location - right near Christmas Market, restaurants, and shopping. . Helpful staff. Has elevators. Highly recommend it. Very historic hotel with lots of antiques.
