I've lived at the Gastehaus for 1,5 months. Only one month was paid by my company, so I had to pay for 15 days --> 900 euro which is a bit too much, considering that Wifi is paid separately (50 euros per month, 30 euros 2 weeks, which is CRAZY expensive in my book. Stayed here for the Oktoberfest. Nice tidy guesthouse with friendly staff. Shops close by. Good value - and nice and quiet.
