We stayed 3 nights as a family of 5 so split into 2 rooms. The rooms are very clean and 3 in a room was not too bad with the pull out bed which was comfortable. A bit pricey considering location of this Novotel but first impressions were good! Do Great value and excellent location! Would definitely stay there again. My children loved it ...and the playroom with the Xboxes. Proximity to the Sbahn and the Munchen Sbahn Ubahn grid. Don't None Got a good package when prepaid 3 days and that was an excellent value for a downtown hotel in Munchen.

When I arrived the hotel I found cobweb was hanging down the ceiling of the toilet of the room. The bed sheet wasn't perfectly clean and the curtains of the room was dirty (obviously somebody may have killed some mosquitos using the hotel rooms curtains!) This is a big hotel, I literally had to walk for 5 mins to get to my room. I had stayed in the Novotel in Paris the the week before and found these rooms to be a little shabby compared. The hotel is located just out of the city centre so a 15 min walk to get into the centre... More

My faily uses this hotel each time we travel to Munich and recommend it to anyone, particularly if travelling with children, who stay free in parents room. The location is central and the city center with bars and restaurants can be reached by foot.
