very cheap (in February; 2 person, 208 euro), excellent, spacious, with kitchen (full equipments), good location, close to city center (from marienplatz 3rd stop: poccistrasse)(by walking 2 km), nearby many markets (especially bio-organic "gruner market"), wireless, comport bed.

I stayed on the 3rd floor on the front of the building for 4 nights and hardly slept due to the traffic noise and U-Bahn rumbling. This was a business trip and I felt ill during the entire time due to sleep depravation. I will not be staying here again.....

Average size, comfortable bed terrible pillow, with all the needed facilities, strong smell of smoke & a bit pricey but an excellent location to stumble home from Oktoberfest (5min walk). Had fridge, stove and kettle. Nice little gift pack on arrival with a couple of beers, schnapps, gingerbread biscuits and shot glasses, wifi worked but was a little slow
