Small, family-owned. Walk to a super great restaurant with authentic German food, just down the street. Five minute walk to catch the bus. Loved everything about this hotel. If you take the train into Munich, make sure you grab the bus to the hotel, we walked with our luggage and didn't need to (or a Taxi is also good).
