Nice and friendly hotel. Located in one stop from the train station. All the windows face the courtyard and the street noise does not interfere with sleep at night. Very good breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by this. The rooms clean and cleaned with German thoroughness. The only thing that upset a very poor and unstable signal wi-fi. Four fixed.

Good location; 10 mins walk from Main Station. Very nice and support staffs. We're appreciated your receptions and all of your staffs who we met, they're friendly and helpful. We've just stayed at this very clean hotel in central Munich, 10 minutes walk from Central Stataion. We were met by a very pleasant receptionist who showed us to our room. The Jedermann is the place to go to if you want excellent customer service. On checking in we were given maps and told where the best local restaurants, tram services etc. could be found. The trams stop right in front of the hotel and day tickets can be bought from reception. Only 10 minutes walk to the main rail station.... More

Stayed for 5 nights with 2 teenagers. Rooms are neat and clean but a bit spartan. Flat panel televisions, a good number of electrical outlets and plenty of hot water with good pressure. Great place for the weary traveller. Nice, warm and cozy with a very friendly and knowledgable staff ready to assist you. Good and sumptious break fast. The location is close to the main train station and there is a tram stop just outside the Hotel. Special reference to Martina who was exceptional !
