The manager of the hotel would not give me a confirmation of my reservation and room price. Then when my son asked him about the rate he quoted him Euro 10.00 more. I dislike dishonest people. When I asked him about the safe in my room, he said that he would show me how to open it. When I asked... More

Only one stop from the Hauptbahnnhauf, this hotel has three accommodations. The Park Hotel farther away and the pension in downtown doesn't seem all that nice. Located at the Theresienwiese station, it is about a 5 - 10 minute walk up a sloping hill next to a giant field/parking lot and on a larger street. Relatively quiet, this hotel offers... More

We stayed here in October (9-11th, 2011) and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was very nice (and the breakfast room was lovely). While perhaps not the newest and most modern, it was a very nice hotel - lots of charm and character. The key was not your usual card, it was an actual key... More

Ignore the bad rating - it baffles me where it came from. Like most hotels in germany, this one is very clean, comfortable and affordable. The breakfest is excellent, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff is helpful. It's a 5 minute walk to the subway and a 30 minute walk to town. Only a high maintenance whiner... More

Plus: It is like a 2 min. walk to Oktoberfest grounds. Negatives: It was a dive! 229 euros a night for a dirty room that looked like someone had set mini-fires on the floor. I didn't go barefoot in the room my whole stay. It looked like it was a lovely hotel several decades ago but it has been completely... More

We have stayed at the Hotel Siebel four different times, since 1996 and have had a good experience each time. It is across the street from the Octoberfest grounds and there is always something going on there, even without the Octoberfest. It is a block from the U-bahn (underground transportation) and easy to get around. We loved the breakfast. We... More

We are small family, with 11-old daughter, and needed to go to Munich for some shopping deals. We looked for a small, clean and cheap hotel, in the central part of Munich. We found this one, over internet, and made an reservation. When we contacted hotel stuff was very, very friendly, we didn't need to pay anything in advance, we... More

Very convenient to Octoberfest! Nice, comfortable and good location. Staff was helpful. Good breakfast. No parking, however. Had to spend 15 Euro per night to park in garage. Could be because of Octoberfest though. S-bahn only 1 block away. Provided hair dryer on request. No internet.

We stayed in this object (not caling it a hotel at all) and booked in advance in November 2002. Despite we pay enormous (it was a fair on our last two days) and despite we insist to get a appropriate room it did not happen. We got the smallest room possible, our sheets was dirty, no carpet, no mini bar,... More
