Rooms are ok. Very well located but thats about it. It has this horrid wall painting throughout and stuff has a lot of attitude. A lot for them to learn.

Wants to be a luxury and exclusive hotel, but service and quality far from expected. Noise from other rooms disturb sleeping. Promised room not later than 3 p.m. But had to wait until 4. Only good thing is the central location. However, next time I would stay at an other hotel.

This hotel is very central, the breakfast is excellent. I would prefer the rooms looking at the Schuetzenstrasse than the others looking at Bayerstrasse because of the noise. The breakfast room is very well decorated and the quality of food very good.

This hotel is located close to the main station and is therefore very easy to reach. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and efficient. The decoration of the hotel is very Bavarian which creates a homely atmosphere. The hotel is not cheap, but provides a very nice base for visiting Munich.

Clean nice hotel with a big comfortable bed. The staff are realy helpful and borrowed us umbrellas when it rained. It is cheep minibar and a lot of restaurants and so outside.
