Very clean but definitely not a four star hotel. It would be more three star, I do not know how this could have been classifed as four star. No Lounge,very basic restaurant. and slightly run down appearance overall.

I stayed at the Hotel Carmen during Oktoberfest. The staff was friendly-calling cabs for us when needed and even allowing a late check out since we were slightly hungover from the beer the day before. The hotel was clean, quiet and close to the train so public transport was easy. Overall I would recommend this hotel!

Easy to get to. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Very plain and simple accommodations. Stay here for a good deal. No frills and accept that it will be clean, but not fancy. While there is WiFi, you have to log on with code every 30 minutes. Kind of a pain.

We went to Oktoberfest and stayed here. It was about a 15 minute walk away. We loved the hotel! Nice clean rooms, pretty large and comfortable, good bathroom. Nice staff. Delicious breakfast. Close to metro line so you can get to the main train station pretty easily about a 15 minute ride.
