The hotel is centrally located above the Theresienhoehe. Very little parking space and they don't tell you that the (few) parking space in the park garage are fee based, only at checkout. Rooms adequate as is the buffet. Nothing to come back to. But nothing really bad.
Definitely not 4-star material. Good location, clean room and decent breakfast. I stayed at this property over the weekend in Munich and it was booked by our travel agent for reasons best known to him.
Location wise its quite close to the city centre and the metro station Schwanthalerhohe on U4/U5 line. A very quiet neighbourhood. Rooms are big and well lit.
However from service point of view its definately not...
