Location is reasonable good being on 3-4 min walk from U bahn and less than 10 min walk from the various bars/restaurants of Schwabing. Hotel is a typical Mercure with small room which are reasonable well setup and clean. Advantage of this hotel is the location and price, do not expect *5 room comforts. I found the staff very helpful
