This is a very basic hotel. What mattered most, clean bed, and clean bathroom. The rooms are quite small and the bathroom even smaller. The hotel is decorated in pine wood and has a true Bavarian look to it, not that i really care as i only go to the room when i'm about to sleep, but thought i'd mention... More

I stayed at Hahn hotel as I was on a business trip and this hotel was minutes walk from my business. Its a cozy family run hotel. Wood wood wood everywhere. I made a mistake by requesting a single room as my room (room 11) was only 8 square meters and reminded me of my university dorm. I spent hardly... More

Stayed for 3 nights, 1st night I choked all night from the tabacco odours in the room (36). Next night went out and got scent candles all over the room which helped a little. Towels after a shower had so much tobacco smell that you have to take another shower..... Parking is limited to 3 cars in carpark, have to... More

This is a fairly cheap hotel. Don't go here if you're looking for complete luxury, but the hotel is an excellent place to stay for a city break. It's within 5 minutes of the train station where you can get direct transport to the airport and into town. It's also on the tram line which is easy to get into... More

This hotel is a great option if you wish to visit Munich. The hotel is located about 40 minutes walk from the city centre however there is a tram stop not far from the main entrance which gets you into town in under 10 minutes. All the staff in the hotel whom I spoke to where very polite and helpful... More

We stayed for a few nights during Oktoberfest. The hotel is in walking / crawling distance from Oktoberfest and during our stay here we even walked to the City Centre and English Garden from here, although we did get the underground back. We would like to return here again one day, when both the prices are slightly less and more... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Hahn Hotel in June, and were overall very pleased. As other reviewers have noted, it's kitschy, with traditional-style furnishings in the very small rooms. However it was still thoughtfully presented, with plenty of places to store clothes and luggage, and decent wi-fi and cable television. On the whole the staff was very helpful, even... More

Spent one night here. Very nice cutesy Bavarian style common areas, rooms a bit plain but clean and perfectly fine. It's a bit out from the centre but on a main road and frequent trams straight into the centre. The hotel sells great value travel cards for public transport. Parking fairly easy - the yard is tight but it's free... More

Munich is a beautiful city and has a great sense of culture. The wooden decor, the fraulein with blue dresses and a cleavage largesse, this city has to be the most stereotypical German city. Having said that, decor and stereotype should be left at the museums, beer halls and wider bavaria. This kind of kitch has no place in hotels.... More

This is a traditional Bavarian family-run place that I would recommend to anyone. It's comfortable and reasonably priced, only 10 minutes from the central station, yet quiet, and full of local charm. The staff are friendly and (should you need it) speak very good English. There's a tram stop less than 5 minutes away, and an S-Bahn only a little... More
