Worth it if you consider that this is Munich! Room was huge and breakfast decent enough. The area (next to Hauptbanhof) is "ethnic", a bit different from the rest of the city, I wouldn't call it dangerous but some people might feel unconfortable with it (which I think it's a bit ridiculous if you consider that this is Munich). Very close location to Oktoberfest, which is why we chose this hotel. Aestheticly, it's quite nice, however the hotel is located directly behind a grocery store/market. The noise starts at 0630 every morning with many workers moving equipment, carts, etc. directly outside the hotel. This makes it nearly impossible to sleep after this time.
