Looking at value for money the hotel is very good. During last five I have spend many weeks in this hotel. Room itself is fine with styled design. The small kitchen is fine. The bathroom is quite small. For often repeated business trip good enough. Not rally far from center.

INTERIOR: Chic apartment with style and comfort. Comes with one Queen Bed and One Large Sofa Bed equivalent to another Queen. Enjoyed kitchenette with microwave. Nice swivel TV design on a metal pole, even comes with PS2. No English TV channels though luckily had a good MTV channel. RECEPTION: Quick friendly and helpful, believe our guy was Peter. We stay in Concept Living Munich for 5 days. We arrive in late evening and check-in with his key lockers and the guest code that they send us days before. The room looks like good, but the kitchen has a strange smell... Internet WiFi connection doesn´t work at any moment, even after pay for it in the front desk. no... More

This might be just an isolated ocurrence, but is worth of communicating. I was trying to decide between this hotel and Hotel Leonardo, both 4 stars. I decided to keep this one because the pictures wre awesome and they had kitchens. We arrived to Munich a Saturday at 7pm, in the reservation there was a small...SMALL print that gave the... More

Arrived lat eat around 10 pm, and keys were left at the reception which was good as no one was at the table by then and we were freezing.Room was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. We stayed in a room facing the main road btu it was rather quiet. The Giesing train... More

We stayed here for one night during the oktoberfest period. As you can imagine, the place was packed! However the reception staff was very able to deal with the workload, and we were quickly given our room key. He also helped us with maps and tips on public transport, which was great. The room itself was of a decent size... More

this hotel is not so far from the city center but very well connected and the balance between the services and the price is really convenient. The neighborhood is quite and looks safe. A free parking are is available on the street. Just the leakages is that a condition air system is not available. Anyway I would book if I... More

This appart hotel situated in a calm district just 7 minutes from the centre by car. There are plenty of supermarkets around. Enough places to park the car on the street. It is really difficult to connect with staff out of working hours. We arrived on Monday 15 August in the evening and find that there is no bed linen... More

I stayed here for 2 nights - 3 days with my sister during our 2 weeks mini Euro trip. We arrived later than 5pm, but the check in was very easy. CLM sent us instructions on how to obtain our room key from the machine, so that was easy peasy. Extremely cheap rate for the kind of room that you... More

This is one of the best places I've stayed. It is beautiful, modern and young. 5 min walking to the metro station of Geising (or 10min if you're looking at the beautiful houses around). Located in a very quiet zone, that has a supermarket maybe 15min walking, as well as places to eat (restaurants). The reception it is not 24h... More
