We bought a package to stay here for a couple of days while skiing after a corporate off site event. It was not particular expensive and service at the hotel matches the service that you get at other 5 star hotels. The interior is somewhat German and dated. Food is also fine without being michelin level.

rooms, service, location, amentitie - everything is very good about this hotel. one thing is unfortunate - it has no free parking and it is highly unlikely to find a spot in the street. shall recommend the hotel without reservation.

The customer service was excellent and John the bellman went over and beyond helping us. We ended up booking a suite which was worth it. The extra space was welcome especially when packing heavy. Breakfast is outstanding, we booked the dinner package, which i wouldn't do again. We stayed at Reindl's for four nights over a weekend in Sept/Oct. A very comfortable, if slightly oldie-worldy, place. Balcony full of flowers looking out to mountains.
