Clean modern cozy rooms. Quite side street. Center of town. Easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Good room rates. Elaborate breakfast and very friendly staff. Can't ask for more. Close to the railway station too.

I have stayed there several times and would probably not stay again if I made the reservations. The rooms are simply too small and the beds too narrow. The breakfast is quite good but there is barely room to stand up in the rooms. The location is not too bad in Ulm though.

Spent one night here on our way to Austria and again on our return leg.Very clean and modern No retaurant.50m from an underground carpark and the same from a good Italian restaurant.Nice friendly staff.Pleased with our choice and would use it again if in the area.
