Modern design, nice and clean rooms, the staff were very kind and helpful, great breakfast with lots to choose from and very nice micro brewery beer garden next door. Will certainly return on my next trip.

What other hotel has the front desk drive you to the train station because you overslept and missed the taxi? They did. I generally stay at the Novotel in Karlsruhe when traveling, no more. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
